Melisa at the front desk was amazing. We had a problem with our room and she kindly switched our room. The new room had a Jacuzzi!!! Unfortunately this was just a large bathtub size and when we ran the jets the water got real dirty. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the service was awesome. The breakfast was mid.
Excellent place to stay. Reasonable price, very nice rooms, free breakfast, very nice staff. Would have given 5 stars but the hot tub was out of order and the pool was too cold to swim in, which was disappointing.
My children and I are having the best time ever!!! Rooms are really affordable and nice . Whatever Best Western is paying Lisa at front desk,.... it isnt enough! Please give this woman a raise ! She absolutely made our stay the best one we've ever had at any Best Western.
Checked in to our Suite in November which was awesome and Lisa was very nice . She even moved us to a suite that was away from a big group that had checked in so we could avoid potential noise from the large group . Highly recommend the jacuzzi suite . It’s lovely!
We really enjoy staying at Best Westerns because you get a good price, good quality, and you know what to expect—and this location did not disappoint. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great, and we met Melissa at the breakfast bar—she was really sweet and made the start of the day even better. We stayed here after having dinner and some really good beer at Two Shy Brewing, and it was the perfect place to stay for the night. Overall, a great value, clean accommodations, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in Reedsport.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western in Reedsport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the Lisa at the reception was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around town. The only downside was the pool and hot tub, which were unfortunately cold and not working properly during our stay. We were really looking forward to using them, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay and we would consider returning, especially if the pool and hot tub are fully up and running next time.
This Best Western is clean and has a fridge and microwave. Our mattress was saggy in the middle so maybe time to update. They have a hot breakfast and plenty of parking. Nice spot on the coast, convenient to dune buggy rides and viewing sea stacks in the surf.
The rooms were very clean. Laurel, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
